2025年労働節に伴う発送業務お休みのお知らせ

いつも BestEcig をご利用いただき、誠にありがとうございます。

労働節に伴い、誠に勝手ながら以下の日程で発送業務を休業させていただきます。

休業期間：2025年4月30日（水）〜 2025年5月5日（月）
発送再開日：2025年5月6日（火）より順次発送いたします。

なお、労働節前の発送最終受付は 2025年4月29日（火）20時まで となります。貨物量の増加により、受付時間を早める場合がございます。
休業期間中のご注文は、休業明けより順次対応いたします。

📦 お届けの遅延について

連休前後は貨物量の増加により、通常よりもお届けまでにお時間をいただく場合がございます。
また、連休明けの通常配送スケジュールへの回復には約2〜3週間を要する見込みです。あらかじめご了承ください。

In observance of Labour day, we will suspend shipping operations during the following period:

Holiday Period: April 30, 2025 (Wed) – May 5, 2025 (Mon)
Shipping Resumes: From May 6, 2025 (Tue) onward.

Please note that the final order cut-off time for pre-holiday shipping is 20:00(JST) on April 29, 2025 (Tue).
Orders placed during the holiday will be processed and shipped after May 6, 2025.

Delivery Delays Expected

Due to increased shipment volumes before and after the holiday, delivery may take longer than usual. Additionally, it may take approximately 2–3 weeks after the holiday for shipping schedules to return to normal. We appreciate your understanding.

We Recommend Ordering Early

As pre-holiday demand surges, delivery times may already be longer than usual. To avoid delays, we encourage you to place your orders as early as possible.
